Do you want to use Xero, but dread moving everything from Quickbooks or other accounting software. We’re happy to do that for you. We will:
- Enter year to date transactions;
- Enter Accounts Receivable (Sales) and Accounts Payable (Purchases);
- Previous end of year balances;
- Activate your bank and PayPal feeds;
- Enter customer contacts.
Cost is between $150 and $750, depending on number of bank accounts, Chart of Accounts and month of the year (earlier in the year is cheaper).
If you are a new company just starting out, we will set up your company in Xero and give you at least 30 days of Xero software for free (sometimes we are able to do as much as two months). Contact us! Set-up includes:
- Set up your organization in Xero;
- Prepare an application for Tax-ID number, if necessary;
- Set up your Chart of Accounts;
- Connect your bank and PayPal feeds;
- Give you a tour of the system and how it works.
If you use Virtual Technique for your Xero Bookkeeping, we will convert your books from your previous accounting software for free. Be sure to request a custom quote. Services include:
- Daily reconciliation of bank feeds;
- Weekly reporting;
- Monthly reporting;
- Year end reporting for your tax adviser, including Financial Adviser access for updates and adjustments.
- Options for payroll;
- Options for time keeping and project management;
- Options for receipt storage.
Prices vary depending on number of accounts, invoicing frequency and number, average daily transactions, and number of employees, but range from $100 to $1000 exclusive of timekeeping, project management and receipt storage. All prices include monthly software service. You can move your software service to your own account at any time. MANY other customization options are available, so please ask.
